The support system from this game is composed of 3 people. I have never once received help for any problem with this game, including bugs, bad players, or getting hacked. They also keep a complete record of what you say in chat and private messages and will email screenshots to you criticizing what you are saying. It is an absolute violation of privacy. Do not waste your money on this game, the developers only care about filling their pockets, not about their players.
